    Is the license perpetual?

    The one-time licenses for the Personal and Professional edition are perpetual. That means you can use them forever. The licenses include one year of updates and fixes.

    Be aware that future versions of Excel may not be compatible with older versions of the add-in; if that happens, you may need to upgrade the add-in (or keep using an old version of Excel).

    Is there a maintenance fee?
    There's no required maintenance. You can optionally get additional years of updates & fixes.
    What happens after the first year?
    You can get another year of updates and fixes for 1/2 the normal price.
    Can I try before I buy?
    Of course. There are 30-day trial versions of both the Personal and the Professional edition on our downloads page.
    Can I upgrade from the Personal to the Professional edition?
    You can upgrade for the difference in price.

    You can transfer the license to another computer or another user in your organization. This applies to both the one-time licenses and the subscription license. Contact us when you need to transfer your license.
